I love trying to cook new things and I'm trying not to repeat recipes yet (got married in November and don't want him to get sick of my cooking already). :-) I'm enjoying searching for ingredients in the grocery store that I've never heard of before, and using all my new kitchen appliances/tools! Mushrooms, rice, soups, anything with a sauce for dipping It took me 3 tries to make guacamole - I kept messing it up because I couldn't mash the avocado. I finally figured out not to refrigerate it!
