I love cooking, and recently I'm finding that I love cooking for large groups. I love trying new things, and finding new recipies! I love cooking with ground beef, there's just so much you can do with it. And some might not consider it cooking, but I love making sandwiches. The toasty, pressed, melty kind. My mother just passed down her chili recipe, which is more a secret than a recipe, cause she didn't write it, she simply told me. But mine is just as good as hers, so her recipe will live on. I cooked, for the first time, baked rotelle for a table of 8, as soon as I put it down I realized I might not have enough for everyone. Mortified, I sat down and we all ate, I served myself last and such. Much to my delight everyone LOVED it and there were left overs for lunches tomorrow. I burnt maccaroni... while I was boiling it...
