Sugar Cookie Icing
This icing is the BEST!! I used a little extra milk and syrup the first time, and replaced the almond with lemon extract. The icing was shiny and hard, but not crunchy. Totally perfect!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
I added some vanilla bean, replaced graham cracker crust with ginger snaps, and WOW! Looks like I'll be bringing this to family dinners for a long time to come. I did get some cracking, but it was probably my fault for peeking! :)

Yummy No-Bake Cinnamon Rolls for Kids
Awesome! What a great idea! I folded over the buttered bread and then cut down the middle. Super easy! I also used toothpicks to hold them together and then toasted in the oven for five minutes.
