Grilled Venison Backstrap
I followed this recipe almost exactly only I couldn't use a grill :( It was still great in a pan, but hopefully in the spring I can try it on a charcoal grill.

Chocolate Pumpkin Cake
My husband hates pumpkin, but I wanted to make a healthier cake and I had pumpkin I needed to use. Easy as cake :)

Green Chili and Cheese Chicken
Easy and yummy! Try putting some salsa on top instead of more cheese. It makes it a little bit lower in fat and adds great flavor!
