Slow Cooker Italian Beef
Not as good as I hoped, just tasted like peppercini when I was done.

Eggs Benedict
I made the Hollandaise sauce in the blender, (it is a good basic recipe) and used regular ham. This is a good eggs benedict recipe, although the details for perfect poached eggs and bringing all the elements together with perfect timing could be improved.

Cinnamon Ice Cream
Tastes wonderfully cinnamonny. Very refresing during the hot summmer. I made a double batch, churned it, then popped it in the freezer for a few hours and it froze up great.
