I am married to a chef. It sounds great, until you have to wash the dishes after he cooks. That is why I am trying my hand at it, so he can wash my dishes. I am open to new things. I like to make meatloaf and a chicken and asparagus dish that doesn't have a name. Impressing my husband is my greatest triumph. There have been a few times that he was totally blown away...one in particular was a meatloaf. I know, no one likes meatloaf...but this time it was amazing. I used ritz crackers along with the bread crumbs and I sauted my onions and mushrooms. Instead of ketchup as a glaze, I used BBQ sauce...AMAZING!
