Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
I love going to the farmer's market every week to see what's in season. This week, I came home with some gorgeous leeks and potatoes, but had no idea what to do with them. I made this recipe exactly as stated, with the only change being adding the leeks. We had this with warm, crusty bread for dinner and everyone went back for seconds. It was really delicious, and so flavorful! I even have enough leftover for another meal, which is great because I won't have to cook dinner tonight.
