The kids really enjoyed it, I thought it was good... I made them first exactly as directed and then with chocolate cake mix. We all preferred the chocolate, but I also added a small package of chocolate pudding to the cake mix which made the chocolate cupcakes much more moist. I used a 1 tbspn scoop (ice cream style) to scoop the cookie dough. The first time I pushed them down into the cake batter all the way (after freezing) and the "cookie" ended up on the bottom. The second time I put them on top and just slightly pushed in and they stayed in the center.

I made this to put on chopped chicken sandwiches when I realized I was out of Sweet Baby Rays Sauce. For convenience and speed I would rate this 5 stars, for flavor three. It was good, but not great... I did not make any changes the recipe.

This was pretty good. I used Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce and served over mashed potatoes. I shredded the meat and threw it back in the pot for 15-20 mins. The sauce wasn't thick, but enough so that it stuck to the meat...
