French Herb Bread
I don't usually make bread, but!!! I made a spaghetti sauce tonight (you will get that recipe soon...it's almost perfect)! This bread is really great! We loved it. I actually rolled it out kind of funky so I cut it to make a loaf for my son who does not like onions...yahoo!! Will make again with a few of my own ideas..will keep you posted!!!

Angel Hair Pasta with Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli
I love this combination of ingredients!!! Shrimp, broccoli, garlic and pasta...wow! I did cut back on the amount of angel hair and kept the sauce ingredients about the same, a little extra pesto and garlic , but very minor changes...yummy!!

Italian Style Pork Chops
Finally a pork chop recipe that is DELICIOUS!! This recipe as written I agree calls for way too much of the cheese and crackers, but just cut back on both of those items leave the rest as the recipe says. Really great!! I turned the meat over about 1/2 way through cook time. I think next time I make these I may not turn them for a comparison. My Husband HATES, HATES parmesan cheese..did I say HATE?? But, he really liked these chops, this is a real keeper...thanks for the recipe!!
