I love to cook. I'm always cooking for my family. Some my favotite things to cook are pizza, salad, and macaroni and cheese. I'm Irish, Italian, and German. For my Irish herritage I cook corned beef and cabbage. For my Italian herritage I make spahgetti bolognese. For my German herritage I make saucerkraut. One of my best cooking trumphs was making Mexican chicken enchilada suiza lasagna. It took hours to make but when it came out it was delicious. One of my worst cooking tragedies was making chocolate molton oooozy cake. I couldnn't find the right baking pans so I used bunt cke pans and when I took the cakes out of the pan it fell apart. I had some left over battter so I put it in cupcake tins and they over cooked. So then it was just chocolate cupcakes.
