This was a great recipe and quick to make. It is my new staple when I have to go to a potluck. The recipe makes way more dressing that you need, and a little bit goes a long way with this salad. I cut the ingredients in half so I don't end up with too much (but it does keep ok if you do make the full amount). I followed the recipe very closely and it turned out great!!!

This is a great stew! It is one of my husbands favourites. We tend to double up on the chorizo sausage and leave out the ham, it makes the dish a bit spicer... just the way we like it! We all tend to add more tabasco sauce that suggested.

We really liked this recipe. It was a great summer dinner for us. I didn't add as much garlic and fried up some plain white onions instead of the red onions. The mangos added a great flavor! I tried this recipe with halibut (cooked in honey or maple syrup) and it turned out equally as good.
