Real Italian Calzones
The mixture for the ingredients to go inside the calzone was perfect- just the right amount of everything. The dough did not work out well. It was just way too thin to hold the inner parts of the calzone. I will make this again, only with the cheese mixture but without this dough recipe.

Dessert Pizza
Sweetened coconut flakes on this is also great!! I use a whipped cream/cream cheese mixture for my "sauce", along with pineapple, strawberries, and kiwi. Delicious!!

Fried Okra
This is the same recipe I use to make for my family, only I use about 1/4 c of milk with the egg. It's delicious both ways!!
