Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread

These are easy fab! Added vanilla, rolled them into balls, flattened them with the bottom of a cup and put sprinkles and red glazed cherries. Baked for 10 min at 350..melt in your mouth and were not crumbly!

Applesauce Bars

I doubled this recipe and spread it into a 9 X 14 baking dish. Baked 35 minutes. Added 2 tbsp. brown sugar to the frosting AND THEY WERE OUT OF THIS WORLD!

Dishpan Cookies II

Wanted a chocolate chip recipe that was different and I LOVED these! Didn't have any corn flakes so used Special K and they were fantastic. Halved the recipe and it still made a lot of big yummy cookies. Crispy on the outside - chewy on the inside.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Loved this recipe. The only complaint I have was it wasn't "saucy" enough. I added potatoes though so maybe that soaked up some of the liquid. I only used one package of biscuits which was enough. Super easy, a keeper.
