The Best Double Chocolate Chip Cookie
This was an especially good recipe. I didn't have the unsweetened cocoa powder and used hersheys dark chocolate cocoa powder instead. The cookies came out much darker in appearance, and were ...as the recipe says ... very very very good.

Harvest Pork Stew
My wife does not care for cooked carrots or squash so I added extra potato and mushrooms. It was not as attractive as it would have been with the more colorful ingredients, but it was delicious.

Fudgy Walnut Brownies
This was not as challenging to make as I thought it might be. I saw someone else's comment about adding to the recipe and added some heath bars into the batter. Came out delicious. If I make it again the one change I will make is to chop the walnuts finer for the toping.
