I'm a former Navy Corpsman and am attending college for my teaching degree. I love musical theature and acting. I am a christian and enjoy singing on the worship team at chruch. I have three rescued dogs that I call "furkids" and enjoy taking them to the dog park. Since I don't eat beef or pork, I make casseroles and chicken dishes. I make a killer brunch torte that is layered with spinich, potatoes and honey turkey. Big breakfasts on the weekend. A vegetarian dish that was made with butternut squash, cauliflower and alfredo sauce. It turned out phenominal. This gritts casserole that called for thyme. I learned I hate the flavor of thyme!
