Hot Scotch Cocoa
Very good on a cold winter's day. I make a similar drink with coco or milo, hot milk, ice cream or cream and irish cream liquer. Good if you don't want the caffeine before bed.

Banana Bread I
Mmmm, so yummy. I added cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla so it's kind of like a banana smoothie bread. I couldn't resist licking the bowl either because the batter was just SO good. Thanks for the great recipe!

Anzac Biscuits I
I'm an aussie too and I haven't had an anzac biscuit in years. These were great, just like my Grandad used to make. My scales are broken so I had to guess at the measurements but it still turned out bloody lovely, with just a hint of chewyness :)
