Classic Spanish Sangria
Easy and oh so good. Served this for "girls night" and it went over great! I did decrease the amount of run to 1 cup and substituted 1/2 cup Spenda for the white sugar. Will make again very soon!

Chicken a la Camille
My husband loves this recipe and thinks I should make it every week. I think it's too much seasoning and would make it only occasionally but he keeps requesting it... Go figure.

Easy Shepherd's Pie with Garlic Romano Potatoes
Great quick meal. I actually used Betty Crocker instant potatoes and still got rave reviews and requests for seconds...
