So easy and no fat......instead of black pepper I used Cayenne pepper for more zing, as some reviewers thought it was bland. I dipped them in cocktail sauce...better than a restaurant. I also used the whole egg rather than just the white...definitley will make this weekly...can't wait to try it on the grandkids. I think they will eat veggies this way.

Lentil Soup

I thought this was just ok....followed the recipe exactly. I should have used chicken or beef broth instead of water for more flavor. I did use the granules but I don't think it helped much.

Butterfly Honey Pork Fillets

I followed the recipe ingredients exactly and cooked the chops under the broiler....they were so excellent! I will definitely make these again. I used thick chops and did not butterfly them.

Easy Deviled Chicken

This chicken recipe is excellent....I used corn bread stuffing to bread it, otherwise I followed the recipe exactly......the dijon mustard gave a nice spice to it! I will definitely make this again! Cook it only one hour if you want it to be a little moist. Thank you Monica!

Chocolate Oil Cake

This cake was very easy to make so I would definitely make it again. Although it was not the best chocolate cake I ever had it was tasty. I sprayed the layer pans prior to adding the batter so they came out very easily and cleanly.

Orange Roughy Parmesan

I doubled the ingredients for one pound of fish...next time i will use the same amount as in the recipe for 6 oz. The coating mixture was way more than enough...I think less would be better but all in all a very delicious recipe for my pound of fresh haddock

Italian Meatballs

I followed this recipe exactly as written and I was very disappointed. The meatballs fell apart in the sauce and the flavor was not very good. I will go back to my original recipe for meatballs made the italian way.

Sweet Mustard Chicken Bake

I followed the recipe exactly and it came out perfect. After 45 minutes with no basting the chicken was tender and flavorful and moist. I will definitely make this again as it is so easy and the few ingredients required are ones I always have on hand.

Cola Pork Chops

I followed the recipe exactly (except for sprinkling the top with chopped onion) using butterflied pork chops but I think one hour was too long to cook them as they weren't that thick. Thusly, the pork was a little bit drier than I would have licked. The meal was tasty so I think I would try it again but I would cook it only for 45 minutes the next time.

Thin Egg Pancakes

I made these pancakes for my granddaughter and she loved them even though she is a fussy eater. I added a few white chocolate chips to the batter. After the pancake was done I used canned whipped cream for eyebrows and a smiley mouth. Then I let her add cherries for eyes. Very cute and delicious for young children.

Pasta Fagioli Soup II

Very easy to make with ordinary items you always have in your kitchen...I used the 8 servings recipe but cut the beans to just 1 can and used fresh parsley instead of dried. We liked it a lot and will make this again. Next time I may try increasing the chicken broth instead of using the water for even more flavor.

Grilled Halibut with Cilantro Garlic Butter

I substituted tilapia for the halibut and used lime juice from a jar as well as parsley instead of cilantro. My husband liked it so I will make it again. I have added a picture of the dish as I served it with peas and a baked potato.

Normal Chicken

This chicken was easy and delicious. I used only 2 breasts with the same amount of soy and worchestershire sauces. It came out very moist and very tasty. Also, I cooked it for an hour.

Spaghetti with White Clam Sauce
