Garlic Butter Shrimp
I followed the recipe exactly and we LOVED it! I wonder if it would be as good with olive oil in place of the butter, just for a healthy alternative. Perhaps I will try that next time.

Barley Turkey Soup
I used one quart turkey broth and one quart beef broth. I had to cook it one hour. Followed all the rest of the recipe exactly. This was very good soup.

Quick and Easy Grilled Potatoes
Yum! Tastes just like french fries. I followed the recipe exactly except that I put them under the broiler, but not too close.
