Alfredo Sauce

Really really good, but super rich. It's much better with light cream rather than heavy cream

This is so amazing! I have never in my life before made an apple pie. Our church holds an apple pie contest every year so I decided to give it a shot this year. This recipe seemed so simple and basic but I WON! Sometimes simple is best :o)

Tender Pan-Fried Chicken Breasts

Really Really Good!! I didn't use the spices listed, I just threw in what happened to be in my spice cabinet at the time. But, the method of browning the outside first then baking them is brilliant! They were soooo moist and yummy! I did put them on a rack, but they still ended up a little soggy on the bottom, but they were so good, no one minded ;o) Will definitely make again!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

AMAZING!!! This is soooo unbelievably good! Even my 9 month old and 3 year old gobbled it up! I didn't have have cayenne pepper so I substituted with red pepper flakes for a kick I also did not cover and refrigerate overnight, so it will probably be even better next time! I only had 1 chicken, but I still used the same amount of spices and rubbed over the skin and underneath the skin as well..next time I'll use less salt I didn't have an onion, so I sliced up an apple to put inside the chicken to keep it nice and moist.

Turkey Salad

Really really good! I forgot the green onions, so probably would have been even better...I did leave out the vinegar Made this for little sandwiches for a party and they were all GONE! Even better on crackers

Home Style Macaroni and Cheese

This was my first attempt at making homemade mac and cheese and it was really good. I only made minor changes, I used a full 1lb box of pasta and almost doubled the amount of cheese. You can't really taste the cream cheese at all, but it makes the sauce nice and creamy. The bread crumbs are a necessity, gives it a nice crunch and a little extra flavor (I used Italian flavored crumbs) Next time I might add some jalapeno juice to the sauce, we like things spicy. All in all, a great recipe!!!

Spanish Chicken

Really great recipe, my husband loved it! I change a couple things though, I just cut up the chicken and cooked everything in the skillet. I also used diced tomatoes with green chiles, we like it spicy :o) Overall, really yummy!
