Wow.....this was delicious! I didn't have coriander, so I substituted a little bit of parsley and thyme. I used my charcoal grill and browned each side about 8 minutes, then it took about 50 minutes to finish. It came out moist and flavorful....the best pork loin I've ever made!

Yellow Squash

This was really good! I didn't add jalapenos because my main dish had them, but I did add some minced garlic and did everything else as written. Even my husband, who does not normally like squash, said it wasn't that bad :)

Grandma Johnson's Scones

These were terrific! I just followed the directions that reviewer Lucia de Wagner gave. I brought them to a tea and everyone loved them, some of them said they were the best scones they've ever had! Definitely a keeper. Thanks for the recipe!

Blueberry Coffee Cake I

This was really good. As other reviewers suggested I almost doubled the milk, used 2 cups blueberries, and I baked it in a 9x9 pan for about 50 minutes. It came out perfect. I reheated some in the microwave the next day and it was actually more moist than the first day. Thanks for the recipe!

Jalapeno Chicken II

I thought this was really good. It was really easy to make.........I didn't have time to grill outside so I just used my indoor grill. My husband said he'd rather just have grilled chicken with stuffed jalapenos on the side though.

Mound Bars

These were really good and easy. I just sprinkled the coconut on and poured the milk over that. As a few other reviewers suggested I added a tiny bit of oil to the chips when melting and I had no problem cutting them.

Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes

I just finished eating these and they were so good! They were very fast and easy to make. I added wheat germ in place of some of the flour just to make them a little healthier, I also used fresh blueberries and sprinkled them on top, used oil instead of the melted butter and used the batter right away instead of waiting an hour. I'll also add that it made 7 big pancakes instead of 12. Perfect amount for the three of us.

Shortbread Crust

This was really good....I made it in a 9 1/2 inch pie dish and it was plenty thick. I made it for a strawberry pie and everyone thought it was great. It's also way easier than a regular pie crust since you just press it into the pan instead of rolling it out. I'll definitely be using this again.

Fresh Strawberry Pie III

This was sooo good. For the crust I used the Shortbread Crust recipe from this site. I also sliced the strawberries instead of leaving them whole. Everyone loved it! My husband already wants me to make it again. Definitely a keeper!

Man Loaf (Variation of the Meatloaf)

Yum! This was so good.... I just made a few changes; instead of rolling up jelly roll style I just formed half of the meat into a rectangle and sprinkled the cheese and bacon on that, then I put the other half of the meat on top. I also added jalapenos in the middle. I didn't have any Swiss cheese so I used Mozzarella on top. It is now one of my husband's favorite meals! I will definitely make this again.

Mexican Corn

I've been making this recipe for a while and everyone loves it. The only thing I do different is half the cream cheese, because the few times I made it with all the cream cheese everyone said it was way too much. Other than that a fast, easy and delicious recipe.

Cheese-Stuffed Jalapenos

I've making this recipe for several years now and it's delicious! I pretty much do what the recipe says, except I like to salt the jalapenos before filling because it really brings out the flavor. Also, sometimes I omit the bacon to save time...and they're great either way.

Szechwan Shrimp

This was delicious!!! My husband and I absolutely loved it! I used Thai sweet chili sauce in place of the ketchup and doubled the sauce recipe, then I served it over rice. I will definitely be making this again!

Spicy Chicken

This was pretty good. It was really lacking salt though. Next time I'll probably add at least a teaspoon of salt. I also used onion powder and garlic powder as I didn't have the dried minced garlic and onion on hand. Other than that it was very good and juicy
