I've making this recipe for several years now and it's delicious! I pretty much do what the recipe says, except I like to salt the jalapenos before filling because it really brings out the flavor. Also, sometimes I omit the bacon to save time...and they're great either way.

Szechwan Shrimp

This was delicious!!! My husband and I absolutely loved it! I used Thai sweet chili sauce in place of the ketchup and doubled the sauce recipe, then I served it over rice. I will definitely be making this again!

Spicy Chicken

This was pretty good. It was really lacking salt though. Next time I'll probably add at least a teaspoon of salt. I also used onion powder and garlic powder as I didn't have the dried minced garlic and onion on hand. Other than that it was very good and juicy
