Over the past 10 years, I have learned new recipes and tried new things in the kitchen, and now I have evolved into a pretty good cook. It is also something I really enjoy doing, especially when I have time, and am not rushing. I don't really have a favorite thing, it really depends on what it is we are in the mood for. Since I am middle eastern, one of my favorite foods during holidays and special occasions is Taboulli. Cooking for Thanksgiving. I was making Tacos for dinner with some friends, and I got everything except for the taco seasoning. I decided I would experiment. Well, I went a little heavy with Lawry's seasoning salt and everyone noticed and couldn't eat the tacos. I caught a lot of grief for that! :)
