Mini Zucchini Bread

Fudge
so easy and so tasty! I was done making this in 10 minutes. This is an excellent recipe! I will be making this again.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
I think there should have been a high altitude adjustment because my loaves literally collapsed in the middle! The outside of the loaves were tasty but the middle never did completely cook.
