Italian Style Pork Chops
Great chops! I made the recipe exactly as stated (just a little less butter and had no parm). I sprinkled feta over the crusted chops before baking and it really gave them some ZIP. We both loved them - served with steamed asparagus and red potatoes.

Easy Corn Pudding
Tasted really terrific, but a bit too runny for my taste. I retained the liquid from the canned corn and pureed the creamed corn to a smooth finish, which might have altered the way it baked. Added a splash of vanilla and only had corn MUFFIN mix (8.5 oz), so hey, maybe that is what changed the consistency...all in all, a yummy pudding. Will try with corn BREAD mix next time to find my consistency issue - gotta cancel out all the variables!

Aggression ( Oatmeal ) Cookies
Excellent cookie. I only modified the recipe by adding walnuts and fresh, diced nectarine. Also, a little cinnamon. Can't wait to try this one out on MJ when he gets home from work. I love days off and baking on them - and we are in desperate need of groceries and this cookie recipe fit the bill perfectly. I had everything, and some random extras to create a hearty cookie. 5 MMMMMs up.
