All American Apple Pie
An excellent apple pie. Quick, easy, crumbly and sweet. I only used 2 large gala apples, sliced very thin, and added cloves to the dry mix and 1/4 C brown sugar in the crust. My husband is my taste-tester and he is a pie man, not a cake man and really enjoyed this pie. He wants it for his birthday next month - just add vanilla bean icecream! Delish.

Peanut Butter Crispies I
Really rich! My husband ate these up! Didn't even wait until they were cooled. I was sweet-tooth satisfied after just one piece, which is great for people who love to late-night snack. Might be too sweet for some, but if you love peanut butter and melted sugar, you'll enjoy. I made with rice crispies and it set nicely and came out of the glass pan nicely. I'll see if it lasts for more than one night!
