Sausage Egg Bake
This was my first breakfast casserole and yum. I did do halp cream of mushroom and halp pot. soup also added crumbled bacon and shredded cheese to the top. My family loved it! Thank you.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
Wow! This was my first time at baking anything and they were a huge hit! Easy to make and sinfully delicious. I too added salt and I baked them for only ten minutes for a softer cookie. I passed them out as V-day gifts and am getting so many request for more!

Cheesy Eggplant Bake
Eggplant slices should be cut thicker to really feature the main ingredient. This reminded me of a really great veggie lasagna. It was a hit with my family and friends.
