Yummy! So quick and easy. My four year old was able to help makes these. We followed someone else's suggestion and rolled the apples in cinnamon and sugar before covering with dough. This is def. a keeper:)

We haven't tasted these yet-but have a batch in the fridge. They look and smell delicious. The only problem I had was that there was not near enough juice to cover the eggs/beets/onions. I had to triple the juice recipe. Can't wait to try them in a few days!

This bread was awesome. We loved the taste. I have never made loaf bread before and I have tried this recipe once. It came out a little dense-but I attribute that to the fact that it was my first time. I plan to keep trying till the texture is as perfect as the taste. I did do as other reviewers mentioned and used only 1/3 cup sugar. Came out perfectly sweet. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
