Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin
Marinate overnight! I only marinated for two hours, so for me it didn't have the full flavor. It was definitely not too salty. So, I drained the pan into a bowl, poured off most of the fat, and used it the remaining vinegar and seasonings as a sauce. That made it very tasty. My husband and picky six year old loved it.
