Spanish Beef and Rice
My family loves this recipe..the second time I made it, I changed it to 12 servings..the left overs are gobbled up with the next couple of days..the left overs did taste better so next time I am going to prepare the night before and let sit in the fridge for a day. I added some red pepper, corn and crushed red pepper and about 5-6 drops of hot sauce and cut back on the chili powder...we like spicier food. I love this recipe and will be making it again!

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake
This is the best cake ever. I substituted the liquier for milk, I read in a review someone used half and half so Ill try that next time. There was enough for one lg. bundt and a few mini bundts. I will be making this one again.

Easy Banana Cream Pie
This was very good. I made some changes to the recipe. I didnt use any fat free ingredients and added 80z of sour creme. My family loved it!
