I am a mother of three beautiful children they keep me pretty busy so I'm always on the lookout for fast kid friendly meals. I spend a lot of time outdoors and enjoy spending as much time as I can experimenting in the kitchen. My favorite things to cook would have to be desserts although I don't eat them very often it seems everyone I know has a sweet tooth or two and I'm always to happy to help them indulge! Growing up my mom loved to make everything from scratch I think my favorite would have to be her chili it took hours to cook to "just right" and I loved helping her chop and mix everything until it was perfect. My first family christmas dinner I prepared myself. Even after we had kids and moved out on our own someone else always cooked christmas dinner, last year I got my chance and it was perfect! Everyone was more than amazed that I managed to do it all by myself! Tragedies.. well lets just say I've had my share I think the worst would have to be my "post easter leftover goodies" cookies. Batter and all was made by me measured by me and approved by me until they went into the oven they tasted great! I don't really know what went wrong but the end result was the worst cookies I have tastes to date!
