Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe
These were good and my one guest really liked them. However, I did not care for the oregano in them - I woudl make again but without the oregano - too grassy of a flavor for me.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie II
I made this for a potluck at work and no one believed it was made using low fat items. So easy and tasted great. I love PB so this was a hit.
