Hot 'n' Spicy Buffalo Chicken Salad
I've always wanted a recipe for buffalo chicken salad and this dish was like eating at the restaurant. Delicious!

Mom's Country Gravy
This turned out really good considering I am the worst at making gravy. I changed the settings to make 3 servings instead of 6. I used about 1 3/4 cups of milk, 2 beef buillons and 1/4 of butter instead of oil.
