This was a total hit at an Easter lunch! The coffee was just enough and not overpowering. Be sure to whip the cream cheese until there are no more lumps which takes some time but well worth it! I used frozen raspberries to cut back on the cost. I thought I would need more whip cream but the one tub was plenty! I could not believe all the compliments! It was gone quickly!
