Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2009
This was a very easy and delicous recipe. I followed the recipe as directed except I only add 2 Cups of sharp cheddar cheese. I added canned mushrooms which gave it a good flavor. I also sliced up tomatoes and put that on top. Baked it at 350 for 35 minutes. Will def make again!

Heavenly Chocolate Mousse

Reviewed: May 10, 2009
All I can say is WOW! I am not a fan of semi sweet so I used Lindts milk chocolate bar. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly. It did take me about 10-15 minutes for the mixture to reach 160. Came out delicious. Served with sweetened whipped cream from this site. And topped with a chocolate covered strawberry! It is so rich and delicious!

Old Fashioned Potato Salad

Reviewed: May 10, 2009
THIS IS THE BEST! This recipe is a keeper and will use this for potato salad from now on. I did change it up a bit. I doubled the recipe. I used about 10 red potatoes (cut them in half and cooked for about 25-30 minutes)6 eggs, 1 1/4 cups of celery, 1 cup onion, about 2 dill pickles (chopped up. Next time will prob use 3 or 4.) 1 1/2 cups of mayo, 1 heaping tablespoon miracle whip, 2 tablespoon mustard, and kept the seasonings the same. I can't wait to make it for the next bbq!

Super Bowl Bites

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2009
Wow these taste just like White Castle! I did change it up a bit. I first browned the ground beef on a skillet. While the meat was browning I added 1 tablespoon of mayo, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce,a little bit of dried minced onion, and some handfuls of shredded cheddar cheese. I then baked them in the oven for about 10 minutes and put more cheese on the rolls. Woah! They were amazing!!!I think next time I will caramelize some onions to put on the burgers!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2009
This was the best beef stroganoff I've ever had! I used 2 pounds of chuck roast and cut it myself. I used 3/4 cup of onions. I didn't have golden mushroom soup, so I used two cans of cream of mushroom(it was still delicious!) I did use the same amount of water and Worcestershire sauce that the recipe calls for. I also used 2 ounces of cream cheese and about half of a small container of sour cream. I cooked it on high for 1 hour and low for a little less than 4 hours. It was SO SO SO yummy! I cannot wait to make this again! The whole family loved it!

Cheesy Tuna Melts

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2008
YUMMY! I made this tonight for dinner and it was delicious! I added just a touch more mayo but not to much. I also left out the salt because I felt no need for it.I cooked some onions in oil before until they were soft but still crunchy. And when the sandwich came out of the broiler I topped it with the onions! IT WAS SO YUMMY! This recipe is a keeper!

Busy Day Chicken Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2008
I thought this was a pretty good recipe. Very easy to prepare. I didn't use the dry onion soup mix because I didn't have any. I added some seasoned salt and minced onion to the rice. And instead of cream of celery soup I used cream of chicken.
