Great recipe! I doubled the sauce and the spinach plus I added garlic when sauteeing the green onions as other reviewers suggested. I also added salt and pepper to my parmesan mixture. Once the chicken was done I added about a quarter cup of mozzarella across the top and stuck it under the broiler on high for about 2-3 minutes. I served with the fabulous homeade bread recipe also on this site and my husband and I both thought it was really good.
