Oh my there are so many, but I guess my favorites would be meat lasagna, spaghetti and meat, shrimp and spinach linguini, and jerk pork and chicken. I come from a very culturally mixed family so growing up I enjoyed many cuban, jamaican, and southern cooking. I also love the traditionally burger and fries that were quick fixes on busy school nights. I have tried so hard to make buttermilk buscuits but sadly I never triumph in this area. Pracctice makes perfect so I'll continue to perfect my buscuit talents lol
