Crunchy Caramel Corn
This recipe it so easy! For the holidays, add crushed candy cane, butter toffee peanuts, (or whatever candy or nut you like). After cooled, drizzle with white chocolate and cool again. Place caramel corn in plastic treat bags and close with foil garland. Makes an excellent holiday favor.

Pretzel Salad II
This is one of my favorite recipes. You can mix it up by adding different fruit (such as bananas) or using a different flavor jello. I also substituted low fat cream cheese and cool whip for full fat products to make it a little less fattening.
