Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
So easy if you use frozen southern hasbrowns, which are just diced potatoes, and frozen chopped onions. I rated it a four, because it is good, but I did not find it great. But it was quick and easy enough for a weeknight supper.

Banana Praline Muffins
So easy, and very very good. My husband can't stop eating them, and my 4 year old likes them, too. I made mini muffins, and decided to go low fat, and used unsweetened applesauce instead of the oil. I also added pecans and a dash of cinnamon to the batter. The topping makes the difference.

Sauteed Green Beans
Nothing special, but still very good basic GB recipe. I only buy the pre-cooked bacon, so I just cut the slices with my kitchen shears, and put everything (except the almonds) in the skillet at the same time. I added the almonds at the end, and cooked them long enough to slightly brown. They were a hit.
