I followed this recipe with no alterations and was absolutely thrilled with the outcome. My husband was VERY skeptical when he saw me put them in a pot to boil. He became a convert after the first bite! These are fantastic! I had Kraft BBQ sauce on hand, and they were great with that. I can't wait to try this with Jack Daniels BBQ sauce. This is a family favorite, however mine is altered. I use a can of cream/mush and a can of cream/chicken. Before I layer it into the casserole I mix the two soups with a cup of chicken broth. I actually cook the stuffing first and let it cool, then crumble it on top and bake for 30 minutes. It is one of the few dishes my whole family can agree on.
