It's OK. Nothing special so to speak. I think next time I'd add some real corn to it. Felt more like cornbread than white bread.

Meatloaf Muffins

These were great. I didn't have all the ingrediants so I used on pkg. of Lipton's Beefy Onion soup mix, 3/4 C water and a head or roasted garlic from last night. They smelled great while cooking and the flavor is not bad at all. I did frost them with mashed potatoes and sprinkled cooked corn on the top. I tried putting a piece of cheese in a couple but it melted and seeped out so next time I'll try a chunk of cheese instead of a quartered cheese slice. Can't wait to pack them in my lunch tomorrow!

This wonderful and all my friends ask for it when I've used it. The only change I made was to add hot cocktail sauce instead of the ketchup. Really, really good!

Rosemary Chicken with Orange-Maple Glaze

This was fabulous! I had a friend over for dinner and he said he felt like he was at a good restaurent. What a compliment! I did add some orange zest to the OJ like some other people mentioned. It was all good.

It was good. Hit the spot. I made them in individual ramekins. I burned the cheese on two of them because I started watching tv instead of the food. Peeled it off and started over and they all came out great. Thanks.

Baked Beef Stew

I cooked this on the stove top and did extra sauce and gave some to a couple friends who called me up and said it was the best stew they have ever had. Not a bad review and I liked it too.

Angel's Chunky Chicken Salad

I did use sweet pickle relish cause I didn't have any dill pickles but other than that followed it exactly. It tastes great right now and I've put it in the fridge for the next couple hours and expect it to taste even better.

Layered Chicken and Black Bean Enchilada Casserole

Looks and tastes great but like others I added corn to the black bean/chicken mix. Also I made my own Tomatilla sauce and used that instead of the Enchilada sauce. I also didn't add the green chilies after I tasted the Tomatilla sauce with the two Serrano peppers. I made my casserole for 16 people. Very good.
