Best Ever Split Pea
I think this is my new comfort food. I served this with brown and white rice on the side and it was really hearty and warming together. I liked it.

Cilantro-Lime Dressing
I love this dressing and love the after taste even more! There was something that tasted bitter though that I couldn't identify. I also blended in a quarter of a red onion and loved it.

Mango Gazpacho
Creative and fun use of mango! I think it would be awesome on some kind of fresh wrap. The mango is such a great base. It almost tastes like a dairy or cream base! Love the basil- it leaves a wonderful after taste. I wonder, how could I thicken it up a bit? It was a little watery. But I enjoyed this very much!
