Dad's Down Home Cornbread and Jalapeno Meatloaf
It seemed bland to me. I ended up putting bbq sauce on it for flavor. It had a kick to it but without the flavor I was expecting

Curried Stew with Lamb
I also used only 3 TEAspoons of curry, used only 2 cups of stock and served it over rice. Made this with chicken as well and it was very good.
