I am 62 years old and retired. I worked from the time I was 18 until 60, then retired., but not from cooking. I love to cook and entertain for my family and friends. I am married and have 2 sons & 6 grandchildren I love to cook casseroles, deserts, fish dishes, chicken and ham dishes. On July 4th, we usually have about 45 to 50 people over; however, this year is different because I moved to Florida and so I am spending it with some friends. I would always grille hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken breasts, and usually some bratwurst. I would always have potato salad, jello salad, some new desert that I would find to try out on the family, and yes for supper, we would have my chicken enchaldias. They were very tasty and even brought the neighbors in for that food dish. I won a cooking contest with my banana cake at the County Fair. I once had a sugar cream pie blow up in my oven. What a mess it was to clean up.
