Sugar Cookie Icing
Considering my review, I must have done something wrong. I used almond extract but immediately wished I had used vanilla instead. I didn't even bother putting it on the cookies because it tasted so awful (sorry!) I may try again, but I hate wasting ingredients!

Quick and Super Easy Chicken and Dumplings
I made this one evening and I have to admit it was super easy and delicious. I made it again and it was a disaster (I think we can chalk that up to chef's error), and have therefore been afraid to make it again! Oops! :)

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
I love looking for "spins" on traditional recipes. This was a good one! My personal spin on meatloaf is to spread ketchup in the bottom of the loaf dish before baking and pack the mixture on top of it. I did this with the brown sugar/ketchup mixture and it was quite yummy. :D
