Stir-Fried Chicken and Rice Noodles
Used frozen stir fry veggies. Did not see a need to double sauce. Did add extra hot sauce for flavor.

Taco Soup V
I added corn and some red pepper for kick. Otherwise too bland. Loved the rich tomato flavor.
