Fudge Puddles

WOW! Fudgey! These taste like the cookies that you put the chocolate star in the middle of. I thought it was a little to much chocolate, but my husband liked. To remedy this, next time i won't make as big of a indent to pour the chocolate into. These will be very nice to put on candy trays and Christmas; it looks like you fussed over them, but actually this recipe is very easy to do. Recommended!

This is my favorite dessert. My husband likes chocolate pudding, but i like butterscotch, you can use what ever flavor you like best!

Good! I used a colinder to press put the noodles. What a mess! Next time i will try the baggie idea. Thought it tasted wonderful and am putting it in my rotation!

Best Fried Green Tomatoes

I have never had freid green tomatoes before, but I would probably not make them again. The recipe was right on with the ingredients, and I love the "crispness" from the corn meal, it just was not a flavor I would crave. I bet these would be good on a BLT

Very tasty cupcakes. For those worried, you can not taste the zucchini at all. I did have to cook mine a little longer, but believe it is my oven. Very good. I will make again.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Recipe is a 5 star, but I made adjustments to what I had on hand. Sub ketchup for tomato paste and tabasco for cayenne pepper. Marinaded for 4 hours. Excellent!

Greek Chicken Pasta

Just ok. I made as recipe stated and thought it needed something so I added kalamata olives and the artichoke marinade. It did help, but still missing the WOW! factor. I won't make again.
