Red Velvet Cupcakes
I didn't like the chocolate ones (too dry) but the vanilla ones: I added marshino cherry juice and used the full sugar requirement, ( i found this quite sweet.

Chocolate Orange Cookies
I thought these were pretty bland and not worth the trouble.

Lemon Chewy Crisps
my cookies stuck to the teflon cookie sheet and were not that lemony, although for additional taste i added extra lemon and topped the cookies with sugar. I found the cookies dry, you could easily need a glass of milk or water.
