Italian. My father has a wonderful lasagna recipe that is always a crowd pleaser and has been a favourite of mine since I was little. Also, I love spicy food, the spicier the better! Who doesn't love to barbecue? Fish is a favourite, especially salmon, halibut and my all time favourite TUNA! Of course, when I'm not up to cooking I can almost always be found at my favouruite Sushi restaurant or ordering in from them. ;) Thanksgiving mashed potatoes. Every year my Grannie would come over and make her potatoes. It just wasn't thanksgiving with out them!
