To Die For Blueberry Muffins
These are awesome muffins; however, I can't eat this unhealthy, so I made some healthier alternatives. I used 1/2 wheat flour, substituted 1/2 the sugar with Stevia and used 1/2 the crumb topping. I'm afraid if I made it as is, I would have gotten sick from the richness. Since it worked so well, I'll probably make more healthier substitutions next time.
