Great recipe! Mine turned out with a slight coffee flavor, but everyone loved it. Extremely moist and goes great with vanilla ice cream.

Fantastic recipe! They really did turn out just like the Girl Scout cookies. Two minor changes I made was to add an additional 2 tbsp of regular sugar and 3 tbsp (instead of 2 1/2) of heavy whipping cream to the filling mix (made the peanut butter flavor/texture a little lighter). Definitely, a Girl Scout "cooking badge" winner in my eyes. Thanks!
