I lived in Europe and love eating muesli there. This is very authentic. I changed the wheat bran to ground flax seed. Terrific!

There is some discussion of having to like beets to like this recipe. Not so in my house. Non-beet eaters loved these.

I used fresh okra and it was great. Even the folks in my household who think they're non-okra eaters gobbled it up!
